If it's something we can handle remotely, you pay $99 and we get to work. If we take it on and can't fix it, you get a full refund.

One issue, start to finish. Not an hourly meter running while you watch. If it turns out your problem is bigger than one session, we'll tell you straight and talk about what makes sense from there.
You only pay once we've confirmed we can actually help. No paying upfront and hoping.

What we can't fix remotely.
Some things need hands on the machine, and we won't pretend otherwise:
Anything broken physically. Cracked screens, dead batteries, bad ports, spilled coffee.
A computer that won't turn on at all. If we can't reach it, we can't work on it.
Hardware that needs replacing. New drives, memory, or parts have to be installed in person.
If your problem is on this list, booking a remote session won't help and we'd just be refunding you. Give us a call instead at 954-951-0404 and we'll figure out the right way to handle it.

Common questions.
Do I have to pay before you look at my problem?
No. You book for free, we take a look, and you only pay the $99 once we've confirmed it's something we can fix remotely.
What if you can't fix it?
If we take on your issue and can't resolve it, you get a full refund. Simple as that.
Is it safe to let you connect to my computer?
Yes. We use a tool that only lets us in after you say yes, and only for that one session. When we're done, access ends. We don't store, share, or sell anything on your machine.
What do I need for the session?
A computer that turns on and gets online, and a phone we can reach you at. That's it.
Do you only help businesses?
Remote support is open to anyone. Our main work is managed IT for South Florida businesses, but if you've got a computer problem, we can help.
How long does a session take?
Most take under an hour. We book an hour so there's no rush.
