Ascend Networks is built on two decades of South Florida IT experience. We've spent years building and maintaining infrastructure for businesses of all sizes, and in 2024 we expanded into custom software development and launched our own SaaS products.

I'm Ailyn. When you hire Ascend Networks, you hire me.
I've been in IT since 2004. Long enough to see every way it can go wrong. Clients shuffled between account managers who don't know their business. Junior techs who don't understand what they're touching and leave systems wide open. Vendors pointing fingers while nothing actually gets fixed. I got tired of watching good businesses get burned by bad IT firms, so I built something different.
At Ascend Networks, I direct every project end-to-end. Architecture, code, network design, security, client relationships. For physical installs, I work with a specialized cabling partner I've trusted for over a decade. Same standard, one point of contact, zero handoffs. Everything gets built to last, because I'm still going to be the one answering the phone when it matters.
